Jermaine Lemon was born and raise in Baltimore Maryland. He graduated from Carver Vocational -Technical High School.Upon graduation he entered the army. He served proudly for four years, but after an injury he could not reenlist. He later a professional barber. He served several different communities in the Baltimore metropolitan area as well as Columbia. Growing up he has always had a love for real estate.
